Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy.

At The Grove we have a Designated Senior Mental Health Lead (Nadine Huseyin) who is responsible for implementing an effective whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing, ensuring we all work together.

Our Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Policy is here:

The Grove is committed to providing opportunities within the curriculum that are balanced and meet the needs of all pupils.

We take into account that the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy is individual to everyone, as it can encompass fulfilment of your own long term goals, the control you have over your own life and your sense of purpose.

Please look at our whole school approach to supporting the mental health needs of our pupils:

Wellbeing for staff and stakeholders is also an important consideration and the school has set out its aims within The Grove Wellbeing charter which you can read below
